Before collecting the sample, please make sure to scan your kit's barcode using the DayTwo app. The barcode is located on the white sticker placed on the test tube.
You can scan the barcode using the DayTwo app.
If the barcode in your account does not match the barcode on the test tube, do not proceed with the sample collection. Instead, contact DayTwo support.
Once you have verified that the barcodes are the same, make sure you use this test tube only. If there is another person with the DayTwo kit in your home, be careful not to switch between the test tubes
